A website enquiry, audit request or discovery call does not create a paid engagement. Work begins only after the parties agree a written scope. The signed agreement governs service delivery, channels, qualification criteria, targets, fees, payment terms, ownership, termination and any performance adjustment.
Where a signed agreement differs from a general description on this website, that agreement governs the engagement. Your team remains responsible for product demonstrations, proposals, commercial decisions and closing sales unless a different responsibility is expressly agreed.
3. Pricing and estimates
Displayed prices describe the current starting plans. The scope, applicable fees, taxes and payment arrangements are confirmed before an engagement. Pricing changes do not rewrite an existing signed agreement.
The ROI calculator, sample workflows and examples are planning aids. They depend on assumptions and do not promise a particular number of customers, sales or revenue. A quoted meeting target and any related fee adjustment apply only as set out in the agreed scope.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website, submit malicious files, misuse forms, impersonate another person or send information you do not have permission to share.
