Khuzana LLC
Privacy Policy
How we collect, use and protect information, and the choices available to you.
Last updated: 6 October 2026
1. Who this policy covers
Khuzana LLC operates khuzana.com. Our US business address is 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. You can contact us at [email protected].
This policy covers visitors to this website, people who contact us, audit requests, partner applications and newsletter subscriptions. Where we process a client’s prospect data under a separate service agreement, that client determines the purpose of the work. Requests about that data may need to be directed to the client; we can help route your enquiry.
2. Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to send. Partner applications include your name, work email, company or LinkedIn profile, partner type, network description, terms version, acknowledgement timestamp and optional marketing consent. We use them to review enrollment and communicate about the program. Prospect details and payment/tax documents are collected only through the designated secure post-approval channel. The fields depend on the request:
- Pipeline audits: your name, work email, company website, average deal size, monthly demo volume and any optional notes.
- Contact enquiries: your name, work email and message, plus any optional company, website, job title, phone number, sales goals, deal size, demo volume, budget and timing you provide.
- Newsletter subscriptions: your email and affirmative marketing choice.
- Bookings: your name, work email, company, website, job title, sales goal, deal size, demo volume, budget, desired timing and optional phone or notes. We save these details to prepare for the call. When you continue to scheduling, your name and email are shared with Calendly to prefill the booking form. You choose a time and confirm the appointment in Calendly; its own policy also applies.
Our application also records the entry page, referring source, campaign tags, device category, country where available, page paths and call-to-action activity. Visitor identifiers use daily rotating hashes. The application does not keep raw IP addresses in its visitor records. Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses and technical logs to deliver and protect the website.
Please do not submit passwords, payment details, government identifiers or sensitive customer information through a public form.
3. How we use information
We use enquiry information to reply, prepare the requested audit, arrange a conversation and discuss our services. We use technical information to maintain the site, prevent abuse, understand which pages are useful and improve the visitor experience.
Marketing consent is separate from an enquiry. Sending a contact or audit request does not require you to subscribe to marketing. When you opt in, we may send relevant pipeline tips. You can withdraw that choice by emailing us.
Where data protection law requires a lawful basis, processing may rely on steps you request before an agreement, performance of an agreement, legitimate interests in security and service improvement, legal obligations, or your consent for optional marketing and cookies. You may contact us about the basis that applies to your information.
4. Sharing and service providers
We share information only as needed to operate the site, respond to a request or provide an agreed service. This may involve our hosting provider, Cloudflare for security, an email delivery provider and an external booking provider. Authorized team members access information relevant to their work.
Optional analytics providers, when enabled and permitted by your choices, may receive technical usage information. We do not sell the information you submit through our website forms. We may disclose information where required by a valid legal obligation, to investigate abuse or protect the rights and safety of Khuzana and others.
5. Cookies and analytics
Necessary cookies support secure sessions, form protection, privacy choices and related website preferences. Optional analytics tools are controlled by your cookie choices. In opt-in regions, including the EEA and UK, optional tools stay off until you choose them. Unknown regions also use opt-in. Global Privacy Control declines marketing tracking.
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may be used when configured and permitted. Form fields are masked from session-recording tools. Company identification is not active unless separately configured; person-level identification is disabled. See our Cookie Policy for the current cookie inventory and controls.
6. Retention and security
Unconverted website leads are removed after 24 months. First-party page-view and call-to-action records are retained for up to 13 months, consent records for five years, and application/security log files for up to 90 days. Client, financial or dispute records may have different retention requirements under the relevant agreement or applicable law.
We use access controls, authenticated encryption for messages and private notes, two-factor admin authentication and request protections. No online system can promise absolute security. Information in retained backups may remain until the backup expires; restored data remains subject to applicable deletion requests.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, a copy, correction, deletion or restriction of your information; object to certain processing; or withdraw consent. Email [email protected] with enough detail to identify your request. We may verify your identity before releasing or removing personal information.
Declining marketing does not affect an audit or enquiry. You can change cookie preferences through Cookie settings in the footer. Where local law provides it, you may complain to the relevant data protection authority. This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.
8. International processing
Khuzana is a US company with a delivery team in Pakistan. Our providers may operate in other countries. This means information may be processed outside your country of residence. Where applicable, cross-border processing is subject to appropriate contractual or other safeguards required by data protection law. Contact us for information about the providers and arrangements relevant to your request.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our services or data practices change. The date above identifies the current version. For questions, privacy requests or marketing opt-outs, contact [email protected] or write to Khuzana LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
