What counts

Pay for an accepted qualified meeting.

We agree the qualification definition in writing before launch. You only pay for meetings that meet it and actually take place.

The right account and role.

The prospect fits the company profile, size range, region and job titles agreed with you.

A relevant conversation.

The prospect has a problem your product solves and agrees to a sales conversation.

The meeting is held.

No-shows are not billed. You have 48 hours after each meeting to flag one that did not meet the definition. If it did not, it is not billed.

How billing works

Know your monthly total.

Your monthly total is your plan’s base fee plus the fees for qualified meetings held that month. Each meeting fee depends on the headcount of the prospect’s company, because larger companies take more work to reach and usually mean larger deals. You set a monthly meeting budget, so your total never goes above it without your written approval.

Monthly total = base fee + qualified meetings held (priced by company size), capped by your monthly meeting budget

For example, on Launch with a $1,000 monthly meeting budget, the most you can pay in a month is $2,500.

  • Base fee invoiced monthly in advance
  • Meeting fees invoiced monthly in arrears, with every meeting listed
  • Company size taken from the prospect’s LinkedIn company page on the booking day
  • You choose which company sizes we target

Shared accountability

Miss the agreed target? You pay less.

First Meeting Promise (Launch). If no qualified meeting is held within 45 days of kickoff, your second month’s base fee is reduced by 50%.2

Target Promise (Growth and Scale). From month three, if fewer qualified meetings are held than the target in your agreement, your next base fee is reduced by 50%.2

  • Your target is set in writing before work starts, based on your pipeline, market and deal size.
  • Promises depend on timely access and approvals from your side, as set out in your agreement.
  • The reduction applies to the base fee. It is not a revenue guarantee or a promise that every meeting will become a customer.

Working terms

Enough time to learn. Room to decide.

The minimum engagement is the 60-day Launch pilot. After that, Growth and Scale are month to month with 30 days’ notice. You can move between plans with 30 days’ notice, starting from your next billing month.

  • You own the data, messaging and reports
  • Research tools are included
  • A founder’s own LinkedIn scheduling tool, if used, is paid by the client
  • Changes to scope are agreed in writing before they affect billing

Straight answers

Questions founders ask us first.

No black box. No surprises.

How much does each meeting cost?

It depends on the headcount of the prospect’s company. You get the full rate card in your proposal before you sign, and you set a monthly meeting budget so you stay in control.

When will we get our first meeting?

We target your first qualified meeting within 30 days, because we start with your existing leads and inbound.1 On Launch, if none is held within 45 days, your second month’s base fee is reduced by 50%.2

Are the meeting numbers guaranteed?

No. They are estimates for clients with existing leads or inbound to work with. Your target is set in your agreement, and our promises reduce your base fee if we miss it.

What do you do in our CRM?

We add every lead, log every email and LinkedIn conversation, update each lead’s status, and attach a brief to every booked meeting, by the end of each working day. Growth and Scale also manage deals, pipeline stages and follow-up tasks.

Do you need our passwords?

No. We use a CRM user seat you control. Founder LinkedIn posts are approved by the founder, who stays in control of the account.

Is there a minimum contract?

Only the 60-day Launch pilot. After that, plans are month to month with 30 days’ notice.

How do we pay?

By invoice from Khuzana LLC: base fee monthly in advance, meeting fees monthly in arrears with every meeting listed. Bank transfer (ACH) or card.

What about no-shows?

They are not billed. We work on rebooking them.

Can we pause?

Yes, after the pilot, with 30 days’ notice.

Find out what your pipeline can do.

Book a 30-minute discovery call. We’ll review your pipeline, recommend a plan and send a proposal with the full rate card and your targets in writing.

No setup fee. No obligation.

  1. Meeting numbers and timelines are estimates for clients who have existing leads, trial users or inbound for us to work with. They are not guarantees. Results depend on your market, offer, data quality, deal size and how quickly your team grants access and approves messages. Your targets are set in your written agreement.
  2. Promises apply as set out in your written agreement, including the qualified meeting definition, the 48-hour review window, and timely client access and approvals. The First Meeting Promise applies to the Launch pilot only. Reductions apply to the base fee only.
